I stayed another night in Alotau and went the next afternoon with a Dinghy to Wagawaga where I stayed as only guest in the Treetops Lodge. Just in front of the beach is a stranded freighter from WW2 times. When I arrived I actually thought I can just walk over but after a few meters it’s sooo steep that you can’t even see the ground at the ship. Awesome snorkeling here!
