From Santiago the next place was Monte Cristo. That was the next closest city to the northern border of Haiti. You got no idea but there were sooooo many mosquitos. Some areas were super swampy so we got pretty much attacked while walking on the street.Got already a bit scared of getting dengue fever, hahaha. Ah, and what you see in the last picture is the actual border crossing.
