Leningrad on an e-Visa
Cheers to holidays. Finally getting back on a small backpack trip. First stop: St. Petersburg.
It seems russia is finally opening a bit since immigration and e-Visa has been delightfully easy to obtain. Only catch, applying only works 2 weeks ahead of arrival. Anyway my first night being great here (cheap but wonderful accomodation at Soul Kitchen Hostel) am happy to see what is next on. Propably also doing all that very touristy stuff. Going to Moskau seems a possible but too risky option since my visa is only valid for this region. I really wanted to go and see the Kreml and Roter Platz but I guess I will delay this to another time.
